About The Kulture

Mission: Since 2013, The Kulture has existed to nurture lasting hope in all areas of life for youth and young adults in our community through transformative relationships with peers, mentors, and Jesus Christ. We now have former Kulture students serving as leaders, and guiding others towards the hope they have found in Jesus.

What we do:

Tuesday nights we open for a night of friendship building, mentorship, fun, and being challenged by Jesus. We alternate weekly between two programs – Kulture and Kulture Connect.

Kulture is our original youth outreach program that is open to middle and high school. Doors open at 6:30pm every other Tuesday: Students arrive on their own or get a ride from us. Before group games and activities begin, students have an opportunity to hangout with friends indoors where we have a variety of games, or may play at the basketball court during warm weather. We then head into our group room to hear a Biblical message from one of the leaders up front before breaking off into boys and girls small groups for further discussion. Typically, a snack is provided.

Kulture Connect meets on the opposite Tuesdays from Kulture; doors open at 6:00pm and a free dinner is provided! Connect is made up of Kulture students who desire to grow deeper in their faith and want more opportunities to grow as leaders amongst their peers. Students may apply to attend Connect by asking a leader in person for an application. Connect students are expected to also attend Kulture, engage with the message and their small groups, and set positive examples while at either program.

Bible Studies and Mentorship: Our leaders would love to meet with any student one-on-one that would like to grow their faith through a Bible study or check-in throughout the week. Please talk to a leader if you would like more information.
